    He worked at a TV station then engaged as a producer for program productions and events in many countries.
    Through his those experience, he realized we need human resource development and recruitment systems beyond borders.
    That is why he launched the SIR project.

                          A Casino IR facility will be born in Japan within 5 years.
                          It is said that more than 100,000 people will be born including Japanese IR casino and hotel facilities.
                          Japanese Casino Academy will nurture human resources to work there.
                          In the HRN project we will develop and introduce human resources working at the casino IR facility in Japan with the Japanese Casino Academy.
